A Spotify playlist of what artists on MY EPK just released, refilled every Friday.
Every artist on MY EPK puts their releases on their kit. We read every kit each week, so we always know what just came out. From now on that goes into one place: MY EPK Weekly, a Spotify playlist of the newest releases from artists on the platform.
The first list has 12 tracks from 7 artists, every one of them on with a yes from the artist. It lives on the SKELLY Spotify, my own account, and it opens straight from this link:

Who is on it this week
- Kwohla, emergence
- NASTĒ, Velvet Teeth and Throwing Shade from the Sex & Shade EP
- Chelita, CRUSH ON U, TELL ME WHAT U WANT and SHE JUST WANTS MY BASS from CS:007
- Roland Clark, The Whole World Is Black, Cease Fire and I Can't Breathe (Soulful Remix) from The Black Album
- BVRRN, UP (feat. IILO)
- Spaceship Earth, Trust in the Vision (Spaceship Earth Remix)
- Xenotype, Krave It
Like the tracks you want to hear more of at my-epk.com/listen. The likes tell us what to play next.
How it works
- Every Friday the list is refilled with the week's new releases from the kits.
- Only tracks that are on Spotify can go on a Spotify playlist. SoundCloud releases, mixes and edits get their place here on the blog instead.
- Nobody goes on the playlist without saying yes first. If you are on MY EPK and have a new release on Spotify, you will hear from us.
Six more lists, one per sound
Next to MY EPK Weekly there are six genre playlists on the same account, 30 tracks each, refilled every Friday from the last four months of releases by the artists who define each sound: House, Tech House, Deep & Melodic, Afro House, Techno and Open Format.
How to get on it
- Make your kit on my-epk.com if you have not yet.
- Put your releases on it, with the Spotify link for each one.
- When we ask, say yes.
That is it. New release? Put it on your kit with the Spotify link and it is in line for the next Friday.
Playlists for rooms, too
We are also starting to build playlists for small businesses in Manhattan, free: one playlist per room, cafe morning or bar night, refreshed every week, with MY EPK artists mixed in with the music that already fits the place. It works on whatever licensed music service the business already plays. If that is you, reply to any email from us and say which room.
Every time an artist's track lands in a shop or on the playlist, they hear about it from us. That is the point: more places for the music to be heard, every week.
