By using MY EPK you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, do not sign up; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it.
Your content
You own what you upload. You give us permission to store it and show it on your public page. Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
No impersonation, no spam, no unlawful or hateful content, no attempts to break the service. We may remove kits that violate this and may suspend accounts that repeat it.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members: harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, or anything that targets a person. Anyone can tap Report on a kit, a profile or a message thread, and Block on a profile or thread stops a member from messaging you. We review every report within 24 hours, remove the content, and remove the account of whoever posted it.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe a kit on MY EPK uses your work without permission, send a notice to dmca@my-epk.com (or hello@my-epk.com) with: the work you own, the page on my-epk.com where it appears, your name, address, email and a statement, signed, that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury.
What happens next: we take the material down and tell the member who posted it. The member can send a counter notice (their name, address, email, the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their address). If they do, we forward it to you, and unless you tell us within 10 business days that you have filed a court action, we may put the material back. Members whose kits draw repeated valid notices lose their account.
The service
MY EPK is provided as is, while in its early stage. We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. We may change or discontinue features with notice on the site.
MY EPK Pro
When paid plans are on, Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown next to the button when you subscribe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page (Manage plan) or by emailing hello@my-epk.com; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Full refund within 7 days of the first charge; no refunds for part of a period. Prices are in US dollars; tax is added where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MY EPK is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which for the free plan is zero.
