v2.32 October 29, 2026 Latest

MY EPK Venues, booking a DJ with just an email, and Listen

For artists

  • Share my shows on @my.epk stories: a new switch in the kit editor, used only with your yes
  • Listen & watch on your kit plays a SoundCloud track first, and the editor tells you what it will play
  • A banner shaped photo at the top of your kit now shows whole on a phone
  • Every share is a link card: blog posts, tracks and My kits send a clean address with a short label, like the kit page
  • Blog covers keep your head in frame: every crop anchors near the top

For promoters

  • Book a DJ with just a name and an email: no password, the answer comes to your email
  • The venue side is now MY EPK Venues, with its own look, and /venue opens on "Need a DJ?"
  • /venue shows four real screens of the venue software, free
  • Shows opens on a real night

The app

  • Listen at my-epk.com/listen: swipe through tracks from the kits, with a Listen link for fans and a Back button
  • Join the list at my-epk.com/join, behind the QR code, with its own consent and fitting the first phone screen
  • Sign out from every page, and the free tools come first on the landing page
  • The home page has a venue section in the MY EPK Venues look

Admin and behind the scenes

  • Admin shows every promoter and venue conversation, and the privacy line says the owner can read them
  • Admin Open dates: who is free each night, and how many kits have set dates
  • The admin blog preview shows the same cover crop as the blog

Fixes

  • Phone fixes: a one row header, one role switcher, and the side you picked is spoken to first
v2.31 October 22, 2026

In-House for venues on /venue, and SeatGeek next to Ticketmaster on Shows

For artists

  • Find MY EPK inside ChatGPT, and ChatGPT now knows which MY EPK tool to use for what you ask.
  • Featured on MY EPK: any post can now link to an artist, press releases count, and a new switch puts an artist in Featured.

For promoters

  • In-House, our suite for venues, now has its name, its packages and a live Tonight demo on my-epk.com/venue.
  • Open nights are now called Opportunities, and someone just going out lands straight on what is on.
  • Shows puts SeatGeek and Ticketmaster prices for the same concert side by side on one card.
  • A smoother path from signing up to your Shortlist to your messages.

The app

  • The iPhone app no longer crashes on the Social page; it is lighter and faster now.

Admin and behind the scenes

  • The admin pages work properly on a phone and in the iPhone app.
  • The Outreach page in admin shows one card per channel, with cold email and DMs on the same page.
  • Campaign link tags are cleaned before they are saved.

Fixes

  • On a phone, the venue package badge no longer sits on top of the page title.
v2.30 October 15, 2026

Real ticket prices on Shows, a page for every show and a home made for your role

For artists

  • Pick who you are first (DJ or artist, promoter, venue or event company, or going out) and MY EPK shows you the views that fit
  • Your home page now fits your role, with its own main button, shortcuts and tiles
  • Sign up keeps the role you picked, so you land in the right welcome
  • Bring a DJ or a venue with your own share link, and we see who brought whom
  • Share on your kit page now sends your kit as a proper link
  • The front page now shows the real product: a real kit on a phone, its screens and its photos
  • Answers you send on the featured form reach us even when we started your draft

For promoters

  • Shows now compares real ticket prices from Ticketmaster and Eventbrite, with search, sorting and more pages
  • Every show has its own page, easy to find in search
  • Your shortlist splits DJs you have messaged from the ones you have not
  • Promoters get a profile DJs can see
  • Signing up from Swipe asks your three promoter questions first
  • The home page links straight to Swipe and Open nights
  • Venues see no plan prices on the venue page; each plan says Ask us

The app

  • Riders open in the iPhone app's Safari sheet with a download button, and your own opens are not counted
  • The rider hint in the iPhone app is picked for your phone
  • The top bar stays on one row on smaller phones
  • Venue card titles on the home page are easier to read

Admin and behind the scenes

  • Blog numbers: views per post and sign ups after reading
  • Outreach numbers: this week beside last week, eight weeks of sign ups, and which channels bring sign ups fastest
  • Outreach gets a Needs you list with optional follow up times
  • Venue outreach sent elsewhere can be imported and counted
  • Visitor totals skip an owner looking at their own kit

Fixes

  • Mixcloud players load again, and the 18+ box sits beside its text (thanks Gian)
  • Typing in the kit builder is no longer interrupted when an autosave lands
  • Captions you are still writing are kept, and Saved shows only when everything is saved
v2.29 October 8, 2026

Shows for New York nights, venue booking pages and a faster iPhone app

For artists

  • PDF riders: keep several versions per kit, public on your page or private by link
  • Simpler on phones: a four step builder, plus view and edit modes on your own kit
  • The builder fits a phone for guests too, and the kit preview on iPhone shows your real kit
  • Kit photos now load as phone sized copies, so pages open faster
  • The kit footer stays clear of the pinned Book bar
  • Your week by email: views, plays and deck deals on the newsletter list

For promoters

  • Shows: my-epk.com/shows puts every way into a New York night side by side
  • Venue booking pages: what's on, Book a party, Bring your own DJ, and a Requests inbox for the bar
  • RSVPs per night, with the numbers sent back to the bar
  • Venue cards open the venue's own booking page
  • The venue side is one door, "Run your nights", with one Start free button
  • Any account can set up a venue, with no second email needed
  • A new venue landing page with a phone demo, and a cleaner phone header
  • Find loads faster, and swiping through DJs is quicker

The app

  • iPhone app: native Apple and Google sign in, swipe back, pull to refresh
  • iPhone app: faster, more app like, nothing cut off, and it opens on your own screen
  • Home: one screen with every way in, artists, venues and tonight's shows together, and a public nights page
  • The landing page has a wave you can play, live chips and real artists

Admin and behind the scenes

  • Confirmation emails on every form that had none
  • The team hears by email when a venue asks for a hand setup
  • Sign ups by ad: each campaign gets its own row in Marketing
  • Marketing: every post over time and how each reel was made
  • Every social slide and reel opens full size for review
  • Quiet bot accounts get a warning after 7 days (switched off for now)

Fixes

  • Stronger security: sign up bot protection, safer sign in cookies, encrypted stored tokens, and more
  • Logging out also ends your remembered sign ins
  • Rider fixes for notes, PDF uploads and the phone row
  • Fixed the signed out roster page and the roster form
v2.28 October 1, 2026

Booked Tonight for venues, and kits that start from your link

For artists

  • Start from your link: paste a link to your music and the builder starts your kit from it
  • New kits go live by themselves once they have a photo or a track, with a one tap Private switch and a You're live sheet
  • Publish it now, right on your private preview of your kit
  • Upcoming shows from a Posh link: paste it and the flyer, date and venue fill in, and your kit gets a Get tickets button
  • Booked a gig? Take the date off your open dates straight from the booking thread
  • Push notification switches on your profile
  • A long one word name now shrinks to fit the phone instead of pushing the page off the side

For promoters

  • Booked Tonight: venues get a profile, their nights and weekly rules at my-epk.com/venue
  • Find a DJ for a night by sound, area, gear fit and who is free that date
  • Send offers, counter, accept or cancel, with a gig sheet and a calendar file for every booking
  • An answer for me switch and venue invites, so a venue can let MY EPK handle the back and forth
  • A lineup you can put on your own website that always shows who is playing
  • A Copy bio button on every kit so you paste the bio in one tap
  • Every kit page says when it was last updated

The app

  • Feedback you send shows its status in the app as we work on it
  • The MY EPK connector in ChatGPT asks for the full platform link and describes its tools exactly as they behave
  • Deleting your account also removes your push notification settings, and the privacy policy matches what the app does
  • Venue website forms keep every answer and email it to the venue

Admin and behind the scenes

  • The admin is now five groups with a Needs you list and a top bar that matches the tabs
  • An Instagram hub in admin, with a sound picker on every reel and sounds that turn on by themselves
  • Email in admin is now the outreach tracker, with the funnel and every thread
  • The blog repairs broken characters, refuses repeat posts and knows when an artist opened their review link
  • Reply to the blog writer straight from the post list
  • The database moved to our own servers on AWS and stays warm, so pages answer faster

Fixes

  • Post now works on a social page left open across an update
  • The social page shows clearer numbers, week against week, and says exactly what is missing when sounds are off
  • Pages always load the newest look after an update
  • A limit of 20 link photos a minute per visitor keeps Start from your link fast for everyone
v2.27 September 24, 2026

Your roster, a shortlist for everyone and one tap booking on kits

For artists

  • Kit pages on phones now keep a Book button pinned to the bottom of the screen
  • Play all in the Music section plays your uploaded tracks in order
  • Tap an open date on your kit and the booking sheet opens with that day already picked
  • Every card in My kits has a Share button: the share sheet on phones, the link and your kit QR code on a computer
  • Sharing a kit now sends the kit link, not the page title
  • Kits with no photos yet still show a preview image when the link is shared
  • A link needs only a name and an address, and a link with no name is named after its site
  • Artists featured on the blog get a private link to read their post first

For promoters

  • Your roster: add the DJs you already book, invite them by link, and discovery starts from there
  • The shortlist is open to everyone: star a DJ on the deck, and a visitor's shortlist is kept and saved when they sign up
  • The home page now speaks to promoters too, with the roster and Verified by EMG

The app

  • Report and Block on profiles, ready for the App Store
  • Blog posts can carry music players, and artist features have a Listen section
  • Two new Friday posts on the blog: what is new this week, and what is on this weekend
  • Sign up and the booking sheet now confirm you are 18 or older, and the DMCA and Pro terms are published
  • Fonts now load from our own site

Admin and behind the scenes

  • The blog editor can ask Claude for changes on a post, show the answer and undo it
  • Admin works on a phone without sideways scrolling, with an Instagram grid preview and a trending sound picker
  • Instagram posting is sturdier: more time for uploads, an approved post that never arrived can be sent again, and reel audio is credited to @my.epk
  • The kit builder knows the size limit up front, and a restore never deletes anything
  • Site numbers now have charts, with bots left out of every count
  • The database rests when nobody is using it
  • Groundwork for paid plans is in place but switched off: nothing is charged and everyone stays free

Fixes

  • Publishing a blog post no longer fails or gets lost behind Save
  • The blog editor saves curly quotes and special punctuation correctly
  • Small fixes on the home page, the swipe filters and the sign up role
v2.26 September 18, 2026

The public deck, your Shortlist, the blog and the weekly email

For promoters

  • Find a DJ is the deck: open my-epk.com/swipe and swipe through who is free this weekend in your city, no account needed
  • Filters that fit a phone: this weekend, next weekend, later, any time; city, genre, who, verified only, a name
  • Your Shortlist: every star in one place, with where you stand (messaged, in the running, booked), Message and Book on each DJ
  • Lists as chips on the shortlist: group DJs by night or by vibe, plan an event from a list
  • Events with a lineup: slots, ask everyone in one tap, mark who is confirmed, see what it adds up to
  • Book from the deck or a kit page straight into one of the artist's open dates
  • Sign in with Spotify or SoundCloud

For artists

  • Get featured: answer five questions at my-epk.com/featured and get a feature post on the MY EPK blog, linked to your kit
  • The blog at my-epk.com/blog, with RSS
  • Your kit is your profile: nothing to fill in twice
  • Open dates on your kit, on the deck and in Find, so promoters can book straight into a night
  • Shareable track pages that start playing when opened
  • Verified · EMG badge on kits checked by Elevator Music Group

The app

  • Push notifications and the native shell for the iOS app (App Store build in progress)
  • Home screen install with an animated open

Admin and behind the scenes

  • Product updates at my-epk.com/updates, with RSS and JSON, cut every Thursday
  • The weekly email: every account is on the list from sign up, /newsletter for everyone else, one click to leave
  • Money, telemetry, marketing and email tracking dashboards for the team
  • Instagram reels with a track from Instagram's audio library

Fixes

  • The landing page's dark promoter section had lost its background; back
  • Faster pages: compression and caching, sign out that works in the installed app

Coming next

  • The weekly email every Friday: what is new, what is coming, an artist worth knowing, this weekend's events
  • The iOS app on the App Store
  • Your roster: promoters add the DJs they already book and invite them by link
  • Tap an open date on a kit to book that date
  • A Share button on every kit card, a link preview image for kits with no photos yet
  • Play all in the Music section of a kit
  • A cleaner admin side
