From a bedroom setup to a sold out night on the 52nd floor of the Prudential Tower.
On July 11, McDonough and Costa played Boston's annual All-White Party at the top of the Prudential Tower. The 52nd floor event sold out, more than 500 tickets, high above the city skyline. It was one of the standout nights of his year.
How it started
McDonough started as a bedroom DJ. The first rooms were fraternity parties and local bars, and the goal from there was Boston's club scene. What kept him at it was the energy of nightlife and a passion for dance floors nobody forgets. The years in between went into refining the sound, building the brand and a lot of networking, until he had earned his place in the city's nightlife.

Boston clubs
Today McDonough is a resident DJ with Big Night Entertainment in Boston. His sets move through house, tech house, bass house, deep house, EDM and open format, blending crowd favorite vocals with club ready production. In December 2025 Big Night Entertainment named him its Rookie of the Year DJ. He has played more than 250 shows, and his remixes and edits, from Cloonee and Prospa's Good Girl to The Dare's Girls, have more than 105,000 plays on SoundCloud.
July 2026 also brought his first club headline in Boston, at Mémoire Nightclub.
The support slots have put him in front of big rooms too: NOTD, Sigala, Jason Derulo and Kyle Cooke.
What is next
2027 is about going past New England. McDonough wants larger stages and new audiences, and more of his own music on the way there, with original productions, remixes and new collaborations in the works.
