SVDNY

SVDNY is a New York-based DJ, producer, pickleball coach, and founder of Bassline Sports. From being pickleball's sweetheart to becoming pickleball's problem child, she's never been particularly interested in following the rules.

After 11 years of classical music training, she traded classical music for bass and the music halls for warehouses. Following three years behind the scenes with the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball, she walked away from professional pickleball to pursue electronic music.

What started as throwing pickleball raves in Los Angeles turned into Bassline Sports, an unconventional collision of racket sports and electronic dance music. Since then, she's built a community of thousands of racket sports ravers from coast to coast, introducing an entirely new audience to underground electronic music.

Her sound is just as unpredictable as her career. Moving between trap, dubstep, techno, hard techno, and tech house, SVDNY brings a classically trained ear to a bass-heavy sound. Fast tempos, aggressive transitions, unexpected drops, and very little respect for genre boundaries.

She didn't leave one industry to fit into another. She left to build something of her own.
